But I now understand that Mossop is unable to put up that list - I ask this because it refers to the last sentence of Justice Snowden's public declaration in order to terminate the dead-lock and to save Mr Gibbons' feelings and to smooth his path, Mr Justice Snowden put up the list in "Chambers", and when Gibbons sent a message that he did not intend the cases were to be heard in chambers, these reports of Justice Snowden thereupon said he would take up the list of undisposed matters owing to the dead-lock.
